A free foundation course (FIR free tier, BSE 099–102) that takes readiness outward from you to your household. You made it home in BSE 101 — now the question is whether your family can survive 30 days when the tap, the grid, and the supply chain are down. Covers water storage/purification, sanitation without the tap, food storage and caloric planning, off-grid cooking, household medical and prescription contingency, vulnerable members, hygiene, the family communications plan, and home security. You finish by completing the FIR Family Checklist and building a 90-day household improvement plan.
